What we need from you…
- 3-5 years reception/office assistant/customer service experience
- BA/BS in Business Administration preferred
- Demonstrate excellent verbal, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
- Energetic, outgoing personality with excellent telephone skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member collaboratively
- Experience or interest in international relations and cross-cultural communication
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, etc.
- Up to 30% travel, domestic and international
- Active U.S. Passport
- Bilingual preferred

Hardware Support Technician

A couple of the responsibilities for the position:
- Execute service or repair work on airborne, unmanned, terrestrial, and mobile LiDAR scanners.
- Travel to customers’ location to perform service or repair work when deemed necessary.
- Responsible for successfully assisting customers via e-mail or over the phone and generating, solving, and closing hardware related support cases for customers during business hours and established weekend hours.
- Completes quality control checks as needed on all RIEGL scanners and all system types including their related accessories, as needed.

You have knowledge and/or experience with LiDAR scanners. You are a quick learner. You have excellent communication skills, especially when communicating with customers. You have the “Triple A” of soft skills: Adaptability, Attitude, and Aptitude.

What we need from you…
- Engineering Technology degree
- Knows how to utilize hand tools and other devices to build, repair, or diagnose
- Experience with lasers and photonics is preferred
- 2+ Years’ experience in Tech Support or similar field preferred
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to meet all department deadlines
- Travel up customer’s office/site when deemed necessary and OEM’s facilities for training (Overall 30 – 50% travel)
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite with expert Excel skills, Adobe Suite, Internet, and web programming.
